Yes, for safety and comfort reasons, there are weight restrictions. Each passenger should not exceed 300 lbs (136 kg), and the combined weight of all passengers on a flight will also be considered to ensure balanced weight distribution. If you have concerns about the weight limit, please call us ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

At Lux Helicopter Tours, safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are not suitable for flying, we will reschedule your tour for a different time or day. We always monitor the weather closely, and if we anticipate any issues, we will contact you in advance to make adjustments. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you will have the option for a full refund or to reschedule at your convenience.

Absolutely! We encourage guests to bring cameras or smartphones to capture the breathtaking views during your flight. However, for safety reasons, we ask that all devices be securely fastened to you during the flight. If you would like to bring a GoPro or another type of camera, feel free to do so, but please ensure that it is safely attached and doesn’t obstruct your view or interfere with your seatbelt.
